History of Devil SticksDevil Sticks are thought to have been first used in China a long time ago. At first, they were three basic wooden sticks which over time has evolved into modern materials (Fiberglass, Plastics, Aluminium). The Devil Stick set is made up of 3 parts; 2 control sticks get held in your hands with which you use to manipulate a third center stick.
Today some are still made from wood. However, the shape has changed to push the weight out to the ends of the middle stick/baton, providing better pressure to grip against the hand sticks. Hand sticks now have silicone sleeving, which significantly improved the grip and control of the 'center stick.'
